Policies

  • DEPOSIT A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This can be made via cash, check or venmo. The deposit will be applied towards your total on the day of your appointment. It is refundable as long as your appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, or if you prefer to reschedule, it will be applied to your new appointment, as long as that appointment is rescheduled with 24 hours notice.

  • CANCELLATION Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid losing your deposit. No call/no shows will also result in a loss of deposit.

    *however, I do understand that some circumstances cannot be predicted, such as emergencies or illness. If you are feeling sick on the day of your appointment, let me know and we can arrange a solution.

  • LATE I ask that you please arrive on time. Staying on schedule is important so that everyone is able to keep their designated appointment times. If you are running late, I ask that you please let me know. If you arrive 15 minutes or later past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled.
